1. Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that every product sold on GardenDelights is 100% authentic and factory-sealed from the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
- Chain of Custody: We source our products directly to ensure that boxes have not been tampered with, “searched,” or resealed.
- Our Promise: If you can prove a product purchased from us is not authentic or has been resealed prior to your receipt, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
2. Legal Warranty (U.S. Merchantability)
In accordance with U.S. consumer laws, we provide an Implied Warranty of Merchantability. This means we guarantee that:
- The product matches the description provided on our website.
- The hobby box or trading card product is fit for its ordinary purpose (i.e., it is a genuine, sealed product from the specified set).
- The packaging is sufficient to protect the contents under normal shipping conditions.
3. Manufacturer Warranties
Most trading card manufacturers (such as Panini, Topps, or Upper Deck) provide their own limited warranties regarding the contents of sealed boxes.
- Missing Hits/Damaged Cards: If you open a factory-sealed box and find a missing “hit” (autograph/relic) or a card with a manufacturing defect (e.g., print lines, off-center cutting), you must contact the manufacturer directly to file a claim.
- Support: While we do not control the manufacturing process, we are happy to provide the necessary sales receipts required by manufacturers to process your claim.
4. What is Not Covered
The following are excluded from our warranties and guarantees:
- “Bad Pulls”: We do not guarantee the specific contents or market value of the cards inside a sealed box. The “luck of the draw” is an inherent part of the hobby.
- Tampering: Any guarantee is void if the factory shrink-wrap or security seal has been broken, cut, or altered in any way.
- Secondary Market Value: We do not guarantee that the value of the cards will increase or maintain their purchase price.
- Minor Box Wear: While we ship with care, minor corner dings or surface scuffs on the outer cardboard box that do not affect the internal cards are not considered defects.
5. How to File a Claim
If you believe your order arrived in a condition that violates our quality guarantee (e.g., arrived unsealed or the wrong item):
- Do Not Open the Item: Keep the product in its original, delivered state.
- Document: Take clear photos of the packaging and the product.
