1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, factory-sealed, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process

- Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Collectibles Disclaimer)
To ensure the fairness and “untampered” nature of our hobby boxes, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or Unsealed Products: Any hobby box, booster pack, or trading card product that has been opened, had the shrink wrap removed, or shows signs of tampering.
- Individual Cards: We do not accept returns on individual “singles” or cards once they have left our facility.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or final sale are not eligible for return.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For high-value hobby boxes, we recommend recording an unboxing video as evidence in case of damage during transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
- Processing Time: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Bank Delays: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
